You NEED backlinks to rank. But link-building services keep taking your money and don’t deliver.
They don’t get the links they say they will. Or they get worthless — or worse, potentially harmful — backlinks for your site.
You’re not alone. I’ve been there. Thousands of business and website owners have been there.
It’s enough to make you break something. Or give up on backlinks altogether.
But don’t do that. You have better options. You just landed on one.
I created UppercutSEO to END this problem. I built the last backlink provider you’re ever going to need.
You don’t believe me. And I get that. I wouldn’t believe me, either. But I’m going to prove why you NEED UppercutSEO’s link-building services.
Let me start with the basics:
There are thousands — maybe tens of thousands — of fly-by-night companies that call themselves backlink providers.
What do they actually do? It varies. The idea is to provide backlinks for their clients.
Their clients pay them. They leverage their network of websites or various link-building techniques to acquire backlinks for those clients. And their clients see SEO benefits like higher rankings.
That’s what link builders are SUPPOSED to do. But here’s what most of them really do:
Take your money, have a laugh, pop a few worthless links up on a private blog network they built last month, and tell you everything will be fine.
It won’t be fine. Not if that’s your backlink provider’s approach to link building.
The best outcome is that they waste your money. The worst outcome is that they wreck your SEO. So you’re actually worse off than when you started seeking more backlinks.
It’s a catch 22:
You need backlinks to rank better in Google. But link building companies provide bad backlinks that actually HARM your rankings in Google.
I’ve been in the SEO game a long time. And when I really got into it, I realized what so many link builders were doing to their clients.
Let me tell you: I was PISSED. Who wouldn’t be?
The thing is:
Link building is essential to any SEO strategy. And I can’t stand the idea that a bunch of unscrupulous SEO “gurus” are using that fact to scam people.
I never could stomach it. And I still can’t.
So, I built a company that does link building differently — the RIGHT way.
Here’s what you’ll get from Uppercut SEO’s link building services:
You don’t just need more backlinks. You need the right kind of backlinks. And the right number, at the right acquisition rate. And with the right anchor text. And so on.
But the vast majority of link builders won’t even ask you what’s going on with your current backlink situation. And they DEFINITELY won’t take the time to actually dig into it.
But that’s where my team starts:
We conduct a point-by-point backlink profile analysis. We use industry-leading software to parse every link pointing at your domain.
We look at:
What does all that tell us? It tells us where you actually stand. And that tells us what you need in order to achieve your SEO goals.
It may be that you have TONS of links, but your competitors have links from higher authority websites. In that case, we would aim for fewer links but make sure they’re all super high-authority.
It may be that you have a lot of links from high-authority websites, but those sites are getting no organic traffic, so they’re basically worthless. In that case, we’d get you links from high-traffic sites.
Or it may be that you have a huge imbalance in your anchor text profile — 99 percent of your backlinks have branded anchors. We’d get you exact keyword match anchor text for all the backlinks we acquire on your behalf.
There are dozens of possibilities. The point is that we’ll find out what’s going on in your backlink profile. And then we’ll work to make it better.
Once we’ve diagnosed your backlink problems, we’ll start acquiring backlinks that will fix those problems.
One of the easiest ways to do that is with guest posts.
Wait. Don’t leave the page.
I know you’ve heard this and that about guest posts. But I’m not talking about your neighborhood SEO scammer’s guest posts.
I’m talking about high-quality guest posts. On high-authority, high-traffic, niche-specific, and niche-relevant sites.
Written by actual professional writers (who speak English as their first language).
“Guest post” is the term with search volume — the term everyone knows. But Uppercut does guest posts differently.
It’s all about blogger outreach.
We find the websites that would actually move the needle for you if you got backlinks from them.
Then, we contact them and pitch an article that’s actually valuable to them.
And that article will contain a powerful backlink pointing to your website.
It’s sustainable, safe, and super effective. But it’s also A LOT of work. Which is why you won’t get this approach from almost any link building service.
We balance out your blogger outreach strategy with a tried-and-true link building method: link insertions.
Don’t be fooled:
This isn’t one of those games where we run a ton of crappy websites and just pop links to your site into them.
That doesn’t work. So we don’t do it.
Instead, we undertake a full-scale link insertion campaign on your behalf.
That means we dive deep into your existing content to find the stuff that people might want to link to.
Then, we start reaching out to websites — relevant, high-traffic websites — and negotiating link insertions.
Sometimes, that means we hunt down broken links they could replace with yours. Other times, it means we work out a deal.
In any case, we scale this part of your link building strategy FAST so you can get the fast results you’re after.
This is a sales page. I’m selling you my company’s link building services. But I’m also making you a promise:
When you purchase backlinks from Uppercut SEO, you get:
If our delivery falls short of any part of that bulleted list, we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
Let’s dive a little deeper into our link building promise:
I’ve done black hat link building. If I said it wasn’t fun, I’d be lying to you.
But I don’t let my team do that kind of link building for UppercutSEO clients.
A couple of reasons:
So, that leaves white hat link building. That means we build backlinks that are safe, sustainable, and 100% within Google’s guidelines.
Sure — I sometimes wish I could build some black hat links to speed things up. But it’s just not something I feel comfortable doing for clients.
If you’re looking for a way to stand out in the link building industry, you can’t go wrong by doubling down on great service.
That’s a little nugget of wisdom I developed over more than a decade in this industry.
Standing out from the competition isn’t everything, but it’s something. And we stand out by providing the best link building service you can find ANYWHERE.
What does that mean, exactly?
It means you get everything done for you. By a team of leading link building professionals.
And you get ALL of your questions answered. And your concerns addressed. As quickly as possible.
No more worrying that you’re throwing money into an SEO pit. No more getting strung along by scammers and BSers.
Just honest, hardworking, talented folks building links for your brand. And boosting your business.
You’d think this huge focus on quality and doing things the right way would majorly slow down our link building processes.
And if you’re comparing us to the scam artists who don’t actually do effective link building, you’d be right.
But we maintain the manpower and resources to build as many links as our clients need. No matter how much longer it takes us to do it the right way.
So, if you need one backlink, you’ll have it by the deadline. If you need 1,000 backlinks, you’ll have them by the deadline.
That’s just how we roll. We scale as much as needed so our clients can scale, too.
You’re paying a link building service because you want your SEO to improve. In other words, you want results.
But 9 times out of 10, those results never come.
We’re that 1 time out of 10. And we only beat those odds because we focus on quality and building backlinks the RIGHT way.
When everyone else is cheating, cutting corners, or fumbling, we follow the rules, work hard, and know what we’re doing.
That’s how we win. And if you work with us, it’s how YOU win, too.
Anybody can make promises. But few people can back them up.
My team can back up all the link building promises we make on this website and more.
The concept of link building has only been around for a couple of decades. But our team has combined link building experience that far exceeds that.
We’ve been building backlinks for a really long time. But time isn’t the only metric of our deep experience in this field.
That’s because we’ve also built backlinks in THE most competitive industries in the world:
In the most competitive locations in the world:
In other words, we’ve seen what works and doesn’t work. And we’ve applied that knowledge in incredibly competitive spaces. And we’ve won.
Over and over again.
After all this time, we still love it. And we’d love to do it for you, too.
As you can see from my website, I have a lot to say. Particularly about link building.
But I can back up my words with actual results.
In other words, don’t listen to me. Just check out the results my team has gotten for clients.
Here’s a link building client in the health and fitness space whose organic impressions went from 254K to 468K per day. And whose organic clicks went from 2,300 to 5,800 per day in the same time period.
And here’s a client in the higher education niche. They started with 206K organic impressions and 2,800 organic clicks per day. And they just hit 298K impressions and 4,200 clicks.
Or how about this law firm? They went from 984 organic impressions and 38 clicks per day to 3,448 impressions and 143 clicks while working with us (and climbing!).
I could do this all day. And if you want more examples of the SEO results our clients have achieved, all you have to do is ask.
We’re more than a link building service. And for you, that’s a good thing.
Here’s what I mean:
Link building CAN work as a standalone service. But only if you’ve already got every other part of your SEO completely under control.
If your content is killer, your on-page SEO is perfect, and your technical SEO is on-point, then you’re ready to build Grade A backlinks. And they’ll have their full SEO effect.
But if you have little to no good content, poor on-page SEO practices, and lacking technical SEO chops, you can build backlinks all day long, and you still won’t get the full results you’re looking for.
On-page SEO helps your great content rank well enough to get some attention. Great content gets backlinks. Backlinks send ranking power to your website. And technical SEO sends that ranking power where it needs to go.
It all works together.
And that’s why we offer all of those services together. We do content, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and more.
Why? So your SEO actually improves when we build backlinks for you. So the links we build actually do what they’re supposed to.
For you, that’s the bottom line: results. But it also means you don’t have to go looking elsewhere for content, on-page SEO, and technical SEO. Or do them yourself.
I worked really, really hard to build a dashboard that actually makes SEO easy for the average business owner. It’s one of the central offerings of Uppercut SEO.
And let me tell you — it really works.
You just log in and let us know what you want. Then, you get what you want.
That’s as simple as it gets. And it’s as simple as SEO should be.
So, why aren’t our competitors doing the same thing? Transparency.
More specifically, they would like to avoid the transparency that a client dashboard provides to their clients.
It would be better for them if everything remained shrouded in mystery. Where does your money go? Into the ether, into a link farm — who knows?
But with our dashboard, you get an unimpeded and unabridged look into where your SEO dollar is going and what it’s doing for you.
Uppercut SEO is going to cost you more than many other link building services. I’m not trying to hide that.
But no one is going to match us in actual delivered value.
That’s because we ACTUALLY deliver the backlinks you’re paying us for. At the quality level you need. And the scale you want.
Very, very few of our competitors can actually do that. And those who can will have similar prices to ours.
You could easily find lower prices. But I challenge you to get good results.
How much, then, are those lower-priced link builders actually worth to you? If they get no results, you’ve wasted 100 percent of what you’ve paid them.
But with UppercutSEO, you waste not a single cent. We don’t just deliver what we promise; we exceed expectations as a matter of routine.
Maybe you’re already working with a backlink provider and you’re not sure they’re worth what you’re paying them. Maybe you’re shopping around and haven’t settled on a provider yet.
In either case, you’re going to want to pay attention here. This is how you spot a bad link building service (of which there are MANY):
I’m pretty damn good at SEO. I can do a lot. But I can’t get you to No. 1 in Google for an extremely competitive keyword overnight.
No one can. It takes time and a lot of effort and investment.
But you won’t have to look long to find a link builder who makes big promises like that. It’s an epidemic.
And I’ll let you in on a little industry secret:
They’re all lying.
They can’t deliver on those big promises. They make those big promises to get you excited enough to shell out some cash.
Then they either fade away or vanish into the night. With your money in hand.
And you’ve got nothing to show for it.
It’s a classic scam tactic. They distract from the fact that they have no credentials or proof of their abilities by dazzling you with big SEO promises.
Does that mean you should go with a link building company that make NO promises?
Not at all.
Just check the promises for feasibility. No one is in control of Google’s algorithm. So no one can make SEO guarantees.
But link builders CAN guarantee numbers of links (ranges) and link quality (DA, DR, AS, and so forth).
You’ve probably gotten emails from these link builders before. They tell you they have lists of “DA90+” websites on which they can guarantee backlinks for you.
If those sites actually exist, they likely aren’t DA90+. And if they DO have that much domain authority (as measured by a third-party SEO tool), they don’t just take money for backlinks.
And if they DO take money for backlinks, it’s because someone has gamed the system. They have artificially inflated the sites’ DA using black hat link building tactics.
In other words, they’re lying.
But you don’t have to do all that mental work to get there. Just remember this:
Great link building doesn’t start with a list of websites in a spreadsheet sent through SPAM emails. It starts with research related to YOUR industry, your site, your competitors.
I wish I could tell you there’s a super cheap way to get great backlinks at scale. But there isn’t.
If there was, everyone would be doing it.
It’s a simple truth that great SEOs know: Great backlinks come from big investments. That investment could be time, effort, money, or a combination of those factors. But it’s an investment nonetheless.
But link building services deal in money. So, if their prices are much lower than the average, you have to wonder what secret they’ve discovered that no one else has.
They HAVEN’T discovered a secret.
They’re just charging you a low price to get you in the door. So they can then not deliver what they promise and walk away with your money without having to do any real work.
Link building is going to cost a good deal of money. But it’s going to be worth it if you find the right provider.
Brute force works in some fields. But not in link building.
Bad link builders will be interested only in selling you a particular number of links. They want you to believe you can force your way to higher rankings with sheer link numbers.
But that’s not it. It’s more nuanced than that. And if they fail to understand that — or just plain ignore it — they’re probably not a very good backlink builder.
What do I mean by nuance? I mean digging in. I mean looking at your CURRENT backlinks. And those of your competitors.
And your anchor text. And link acquisition velocity. And tier two and three schemes. And potentially malicious links. And so on and so forth.
Of COURSE bad link building services don’t want to acknowledge all of that nuance. Because that requires a lot of knowledge, skill, and work on their part to analyze.
But great link builders start with the nuance and build a link building strategy from it.
If you don’t have questions about link building at this point, you probably haven’t paid attention. Link building is an incredibly complex and nuanced part of SEO, so it’s only natural that you’d have some questions.
Here are the answers to some of the most common questions we get from future clients like you:
Yes. Link building works better than ever.
That’s because backlinks remain a central part of Google’s search ranking algorithm. And while people have figured out how to create enormous amounts of spammy content at scale without Google detecting it, they haven’t figured out how to create a huge number of spammy links that Google can’t see.
So, great backlinks still get great SEO results. Because search engines can still trust that backlinks, for the most part, mean that the site receiving them is actually of high quality.
AI is definitely going to change search and search engines. It already is. But I’d argue that backlinks will matter even more than they currently do when AI takes over search engine results.
For example, people are using AI to create HUGE amounts of crappy content as we speak. It’s flooding the internet at a pace never before conceived of.
How will Google sort through all of the muck to find the good stuff? Backlinks.
The content that actually gets backlinks is more likely to deliver real value — value enough for people to link to it, anyway. Google will need to rely EVEN MORE on backlinks to get through the impending wave of AI content.
Definitely not. Sure, DA, DR, AS, and similar metrics can tell you something about the quality of the domain that is now linking to yours. But they don’t tell you everything.
For example, those metrics tell you nothing about whether the domain is relevant to yours. Or whether it actually gets any traffic from Google. And both of those things matter a TON when you’re assessing the quality of a backlink or potential backlink.
Those domain-related authority metrics are third-party metrics meant to approximate Google’s PageRank. And they can do a good job of that. But they absolutely DO NOT tell you everything you need to know about a backlink you’re considering pursuing.
Pick something you don’t know how to do but often pay someone to do.
For me, it’s electrical work. I COULD take a long time to learn how to do it all so I can rewire my house. But would that be worthwhile? Would all the lost time working on my business and spending time with my family be worth the result of doing electrical work myself?
It’s the same for link building. You could learn this stuff. In fact, you may already know some of it. But you don’t really have the time. And to get to where a truly great link builder is could take years.
Is that worth it? Can you wait that long? Can you afford to lose that much time working on other aspects of your business or marketing?
So, yes, link building services can be worth the cost. That is, granted that you find a service that actually delivers high-quality backlinks at scale (like Uppercut does).
Backlinks build businesses. But only when they’re done right.
You want to build your business. But you don’t have the time, money, or knowledge required to do link building the way it needs to be done in order to guarantee success.
We do. We do this all the time, to great effect, for clients across industries. And we’ve been doing it for YEARS.
When you’re ready to get serious about your backlink strategy, we’re ready to hear from you. All you have to do is sign into your Uppercut dashboard and send us a message to start the conversation.
We’ll be ready.
