Domain Rating in Ahrefs (DR) can also be called website strength ratied from 1-100.
The website domain rating can be a little deceiving because it’s just one measurement out of many, but the difference between your DR and your competitors’ DR is worth noting.
The number of Referring Domains is the total number of unique websites linking to you. It is a more accurate measurement of authority than the total number of backlinks.
Again, this number alone can be deceiving because a website with 100 trusted and relevant referring domains will crush a website with 1000 spamming RDs, so we will analyze the actual list of RDs one-by-one to get an accurate assessment.
What if my top-3 competitors have 1000+ quality RDs and I have only 12?
